NO 7:00 PM MEETING TONIGHT (27DEC21)

Good afternoon T3 Family,

Here is the itinerary for Winter Camp, which is this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please reply so that I will know that you have received this email.

To avoid rushing and hurrying around, Bobby has asked that we go out and set up camp the afternoon or evening before. After discussion with the SPL and PL, here is the plan…..

Monday at 4:pm.
-Meet at the St. Paul/Scout Hall with gear and clothes to load trailer.

-Drive to Camp Tonkawa and set up tents and campsite at Comanche.

-Leave the trailer there and drive home, to spend the night in our own beds.

Tuesday at 7:30am
-After eating breakfast at home, arrive at St. Paul and drive to Camp Tonkawa.

– Leisurely get schedules, finish setting up camp and be at opening Flag Ceremony at 10:10 am

-Our first Merit Badge class (Block 1) will then start at 10:30am.

…Camp ends on Thursday at 3:30pn, and we will pack up and come home, probably arriving back in town at about 5:30pm.

WEATHER: While we are in camp, the low is predicted to be 47 degrees at night and 75 degrees in the afternoons. It is expected to be windy on Tuesday, but no rain is predicted.

-Attached is a camp brochure also, and it has schedules.
-Most of the Merit Badge Classes are full.
