Very Important Meeting Tonight

Hello Troop 3,
Hope you had fun on the Canoe Camp Out this weekend.
We just talked with Mr. C., and went over what we need to do tonight. We kno that you had talked about NOT having a meeting, but there are some VERY important things we MUST get done.

List of things to get done at 30SEP19 Meeting

1) Recap of camp out.

2) Planning activities for the next six months,
If you want a say in what the Troop is going to do for the next several months, you need to be there

3) Update the J.T.E. information,
This is how we get our "Journey to Excellence" Award patch.

4) Update the information for the phone list,
We need to update and keep currant the information for the phone list. Things like what school and grade you are in, your cell and e-mail, parents cell and e-mail.
And last, but NOT least,

5) Check and update your advancement.
The ONLY way for you to advance is to get hat you have done signed off.
ALL under First Class Scouts MUST bring their Scout Handbook. If you don't know where it is, FIND IT!!! Ask mom, dad, brothers and sisters, grandma and grandpa, even your dog or cat, to help you find your Scout Handbook.
