Boy Scout Troop 3, sponsored and supported by St. Paul United Methodist Church, extends an invitation to all members, past and present, of Boy Scout Troop 3 and their families to attend our 2018 Christmas Banquet and Winter Court of Honor.
The dinner will be on THURSDAY, December 20, 2018 in the St. Paul Fellowship hall at 7:00 PM. All members of your family are welcome to attend (and any friends you wish to bring, what a great way to invite someone to become a member in Troop 3).
This is a very important night for our Scouts, and our Troop. There will be awards for Scout of the Year, Advancement Scout of the Year, as well as recognition of advancement and accomplishments for each Scout.
The Scouts (and maybe the Adults) will do skits, we will sing songs, and don’t forget, lots of pictures of the Troop and Scouts (Scouts, remember that picture you wanted destroyed, well, we still have it!!!), and lots of information about the Troop. We will be having a drawing for door prizes, too.
Our Scouts need to be there at AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER SCHOOL (wearing their Troop 3 t-shirt, with their Class “A” uniform on a hanger) to help set up, practice their skits, and get ready. All the Scouts will have a part in the program. They really need to be at the practice / setup session. We ask that our families, friends, and visitors do not start arriving until 6:30 PM and be there by7:00 PM. We will be starting at 7:00 PM. If you or your Scout needs a ride, or if you need more information, please call:

As we have in the past, the Troop will provide the Turkey, Ham, and Brisket, as well as the drinks. Each family is asked to bring one or two side dishes, and a dessert (enough for your family and one more person). Desserts are ALWAYS welcome!! Bring your favorite foods or special recipes and share with the Troop 3 family!!!
To assist us in planning, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than Monday, December 17, 2018, how many people will be coming with your family and as your guests.
