Scouts Needed for Church Flag Ceremony

Good morning Scouts and Scouters,

My church, St. James United Methodist Church, is honoring Veterans this Sunday, which is November 8th. They have asked Troop 3, to present the American flag, and the Christian flag as a part of this Church service. Please recall that St. James supports Troop 3 every year with their donations on Scout Sunday.

Please reply so that we will know how many Scouts can be there. The address is 3100 Barrow St (corner of Barrow and South 32nd, across the street from Madison Middle School. Park in back. MES), and please arrive by 9:30 AM. The service will start at 10 AM. (This is a dress occasion. Uniform is DRESS “A”, full uniform with long pants and belt, neckerchief, and merit badge sash. MES)

There will be a drawing for another hunting knife following the service, for those that attend.
