Rifle Shooting Merit Badge Practice

Hello Troop 3,

Hope you are having a good week and staying healthy!!!

The Rifle Shooting merit badge practice will be this Saturday, 23JAN21.

Eat a GOOD breakfast before coming.

Uniform of the day: T3 t-shirt, T3 Cap, LONG pants, and outer gear suited to the weather. It will be WINDY, and there are NO wind blocks at the range.

Meet at Mr. C’s – Twenty Twenty Six North 3rd, by 10:00 AM.

Pay attention for a Phone Blast/Text Blast, and to ScoutShout, and FaceBook, as the time MAY change due to weather, range conditions, or range usage.

Shooting practice will be at the Abilene Gun Club’s outdoor range, on East Lake Road.

We will also be working on your Hunter Safety course.

Due to this activity lasting more than 30 minutes, we will feed the Troop to ensure the Scouts do not STARVE to death.

Dress for the weather, in LAYERS, so you may shed layers as the day progresses.
